Membership in 2012
Club membership subscriptions will be due on 1st January for continued membership to the club. There are a couple of interesting things happening this year to give you even more benefits of being a member at the club.
We have been working on streamlining a lot more to enure smooth flow of information between members, staff and committee. We are still working on these things but will keep you informed.
Update! (19th Jan 2012):
Certain members are concerned that they have not received their membership cards for this year. We are still spooling through everyones renewals so don't worry, we've not forgotten you!
Update - 20th Jan 2012:
All membership renewals received to this date have been checked, and your cards have been mailed today! There were a lot of stamps to lick!
Important Announcement
On Wednesday, 18th January 2012 at 8:30pm, there will be a Special General Meeting held in the main concert room of the club to discuss the following matters:
- 1. Opening Hours of the Premesis
- Proposal: Club to be closed Monday to Thursday from 10am - 3:30pm (i.e. Premesis accessible to members from 3:30pm instead of 10am)
- 2. Membership of the WMCIU
- Proposal: Withdrawal of Membership from the WMCIU
